Helping you improve your skills  as a writer with concrete information is a goal of mine. Any thing less--critique without explanation--reminds me too much of those English teachers who couldn't explain why something was a B as opposed to an A-.

While there are programs out there designed to aid in evaluating and editing manuscripts, I don't use them.

You are paying me to read and reread your words with my human eyes, with my human emotions, and with my human insights. 

I believe it is an author's personal choice whether or not they want to put their work through a computer program, not mine. 

Yes, absolutely.

Feel free to ask and I'm more than happy to work with you on a payment schedule. First Novel and Repeat Client discounts are also available. 

Yes. My editing contracts are based on the template offered by Editors Canada. 

I am also more than happy to include a Non-Disclosure agreement and a non-AI use clause. 

Short answer - No. 

While I would absolutely LOVE that for you, publishing success is unpredictable. Whether you aim for self-publishing or traditional publishing, the factors that determine what happens in those arenas are beyond my control.
